Rebutia is a genus of globular cactus with small thorns which includes around 40 species. Native to Bolivia and Argentina, it is a very easy-to-maintain cactus that does not require any special gardening skills. Cacti of the Rebutia genus appreciate coolness in winter and summer. Avoid greenhouses or verandas that are too hot as well as direct sunlight.
